Cellular networks settings

These settings configure Android's ability to connect to mobile (cellular) networks and use mobile data.

In some regions this menu might be called Mobile networks.

On some devices the Cellular networks menu might be hidden under a menu called More settings.

In this section:

Enables or disables the use of mobile data while roaming, which may be more expensive.
Enables/disables playing a sound when using data on a roaming network.
Enables VoTLE, a feature enabling voice calls to be made on the LTE (4G) network instead of dropping back to a 3G connection during calls.
Allows restricting the mobile network connection only to certain technologies such as "3G" / "UMTS" or "LTE".

Allows you to scan for the cellular network operators that are available in your area, and connect to one.
